The current RGC market cap is 748.24M. The company's latest EPS is USD -0.3306 and P/E is -181.49.
MC almost a billion has never had Revenues ots been ZERO ever since they started. Negative revenues negative operation all they do is spend money. 
How does a billion mc equal a couple million sold stock? 
In Malaysia.. CEO is sitting at about $600Million in his pocket with ZERO revenue... never made a dollar for the company. Stuff should not work like that imho
