Hopefully Nixon will let Jun 30, 2025 come and go and allow Nixon Restaurant Corp to become fully delinquent (=go away entirely).

Thus, 6/30/25 is not a 'watch date' for hope that Nixon will bring his company back to trading, but rather ties up a loose end and consolidates (on paper, or by lack thereof) all of his corporations under Nixon Restaurant Group (in Florida), which was his original company.
