You should read again your first sentence.  Just the fact that Pulte will release them in itself is huge.  The timeline is not important.  Whether it takes 1 or even 2 years makes no difference.  Release is release and I will take it.  I'm looking forward to seeing $30 print.  Meanwhile I continue to buy small lots here and there.
