The re-statement could be one of the reasons (and is will be interesting to see what the issue was with that) but I suspect a big component of this delay is the status of the “fertilizer asset” status. We know that on Feb 9 they were going to go to Brazil to confirm it.

And now with the YBYRA auditor themselves questioning its existence, that may have thrown a monkey wrench into the deal and their ability to file.
