Good afternoon Meshcan and all fellow shareholders, I have just been watching as work has been busy navigating all of the tariff on and off again cycle. My interpretation of things are this, I think Nasrat and team have been working on getting the company ready to sell for a little while now. I feel this way based on around Jan/Feb 2024 the new law firm Troutman started appearing on SEC documents and correspondences. My opinion is Nasrat started working with them to get everything in order for the future sale of the company. Now with regards to recent developments, it is very interesting that everything has been so quiet. I feel the delay in the launch of the Percocet is actually a good thing as if I had to guess the manufacturing is running non-stop keeping up with demand of the Adderall and the new Vyvanse. My feeling is this, the notification that the new facility is fully up and running based on the March 3rd PR is now triggering the next phase of Nasrat's plan, they are or have been in the process of moving the old packaging line for the original manufacturing facility to the new facility. They are also in the process of building out all of that space with new manufacturing capabilities. If I have to guess based on my experiences with how much foot print is used by packaging lines, this will yield at least 2 more manufacturing suites maybe even 3. Since I know Nasrat is a smart man, he has been waiting for this additional manufacturing capacity to start manufacturing new product pilot batches for BE and the future of the company. What a lot of people don't fully understand and Nasrat alluded to it on the call, is to switch between products on a commercial manufacturing line can take 1-2 weeks so number one priority is the money makers not new drugs currently. My guess is later this year or early next year we start seeing BE studies announced and potential drug filings. This will yield a hype for the company as well for the timing of the sale or uplist. This is all in my opinion but from what I am seeing in the industry currently, we are in the driver seat and offers will come. But I still have a feeling that they have had someone in mind since early last year, call it a hunch but I feel very excited to see how the show plays out and we can laugh about it over some drinks in Vegas.
