Buyback?  By their very nature, the company has n o obligation to release data on 1. When buyback begin, 2. When/if buyback end.  The only way a shareholder will discover the company is actually buying back shares is When shares are retired.  Until that happens, IMO, the buyback program is still operational.  IOW, it would be in error to call the company a liar.
Dividends?  The company has repeated several times that certain classes of stock could be issued dividends at the election of the BoD, but this Hannover happen m. False flag! A couple of years ago, when the company was thinking of spinning off a company, they spoke of issuing shares of the new company proportional to shares of AXXA owned, but for u disclosed reasons, their spinoff fell through.  This happens often when unforeseen circumstances occur that prevent plans from reaching fruition.
Audits?  The company, on a regular basis let's the public know that their company wide audit is in progress.  Just because your schedule for audits to be complete is not on the same page as the auditor's schedule to complete the audit, does not make the company a liar.

Sorry, you strike out on three issues, bud!
