The Company has refocused its business to that of primarily Lithium Exploration Interests in NV. These include Uranium interests in the same area. Collectively referred to our "Silverpeak" area (totaling some 1,300 acres). These are operated through our USA Lithium Holdings Corporation. We have interests in Rare Earth Minerals Exploration in New Mexico; Gallinas Mountains, All American, Sky High, Rare Metals "American", Iron Lamp and M&E Pride. The Gallinas property presently consists of six (6) unpatented lode mining claims. Boneekay Claims (Cibola County) The Boneekay property presently consists of two (2) unpatented lode mining claims. The Company has an Option Agreement with Placer Petroleum Co., LLC to acquire the option to purchase the working interests and royalties in eight Wells located in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. Premier is the largest shareholder (31%) in GNCC Capital, Inc. (OTC: GNCP) which has interests in Gold and Silver Exploration Properties in AZ. Our current business plan is to increase our Lithium and Uranium claim blocks in NV and to explore investments into other Industry Sectors (subject to a very strict investment policy) and in order to generate cash flows and to deploy our cash reserves that are surplus to our current mineral exploration budgetary requirements.

(c) The Company owns 53,370,810,000 shares of restricted voting shares of GNCC Capital, Inc. Common Stock. This represents 30.65% of their outstanding Common Stock. These shares are unencumbered and are treated as a passive investment.

Mr. Lowenthal has a Degree in Economics from the University of Sussex and an MBA from Wharton Business School.
