A second adjournement of the shareholders meeting-- can only mean that AMPY management still doesn't have the votes for their self-serving merger deal with Juniper.
I'm voting no, because it is now quiite clear that management doesn't give a rat's ass about shareholders. Every time they adjourn the meeting, the stock tanks, and it did again today. The stock is ridiculous cheap, but management still doens't get the message.
