This company (1 employee), for 18 months, with no sales, no shipments, no installations and only a NJ P.O. Box and website to its name, spent nearly 1.5 million in SG&A in the same period. Maybe that’s how ceo pays himself 160K, of deferred salary per year, still on the books…..having zero oversight, while starting two side companies….. one competitive with Medrecycler (aka MSW Recycler) and recent competitor to Sun Pacific Power aka SolRay. That’s just flat out sketchy shit when neither one was ever disclosed to shareholders.
Stop the fantasies of any sort of solar plant funding at any time.
As far as credibility? That was lost in March of 2020. Credibility was not an issue with idiotic penny traders in the fluke covid AMC runup January 2021. They were clueless. But, was credibility an issue with any of the supposed prospective lenders for the so many hyped up project hoaxes?
