a) How do you know how much of HMBL that Foote currently holds?
b) Brian has a long history of disregarding holders of HMBL common stock as he rewards his friends and family.
c) Brian has every incentive to keep 100% of any profits that his private company makes. Brian will reward himself with a huge salary plus bonus and he will hire his 3rd cousins twice removed before he allows any profit to flow to HMBL.

The ongoing fantasy in the OTC that business owners are anxious to share money with hangers on is just ridiculous.

You do realize Foote is still one of the largest holders of $HMBL, right?
