The total value of WSCG with both the HMBL assets AND the stated $45 million in real estate is $62 million.

There is nothing else in this deal.

HMBL’s share of WSCG (after the deal and with the real estate) is $17 million assuming the HMBL share stays at 27.5%…which it won’t. It will go down.
