I think that for over two years James had longed to get this fully audited... but things never worked out... Things being the financial ability to get it done. Not sure if you know this or not but to get a public company audited it costs on average This is an AI response to the cost of doing annual audits for public company's And yes at it says the cost varies... but even for a small company like AFFU its in a range that far exceeds what they make and must pay just to keep this going. So audits were out of the question. I think that will change once this deal is done
