No one believes Park on anything. That's the problem. The other problem is his supposed ownership of all 100 Preferred A shares gives him total voting control.

The only hope for this steaming POS would be a reverse merger with an ethical, transparent new management. Problem is they'll either have to

1) Blow up the AS or invent tons of new preferred shares or--

2) Pull a massive reverse split which will wipe out all old bagholders so they can start fresh
