Yes, Chemist! I concur. The Management Certification is a new requirement that needs to be satisfied for OTCID registration. Being that the OTCID tier is a mere 2+ months away, perhaps this is a new defacto requirement for Pink Current in the interim. I have no information on this, just speculation on my part.

That said, it seems like VeeMost met all the requirements for Pink Current Information before - Annual Report, Attorney Letter, Transfer Agent, Company Profile, etc. - yet they were still Pink Limited in FY2024. Why? Was it because of the tax account issues?
