I believe that there will be some cash but we will have to take "trash" bonds, stock and preferred stock. IMO we will be able to borrow cash so schwab can make money. Some bonds do not bear interest. Who knows anything we still have no feduciary. This will all be done in the DTCC etc and The Schwab organization.
