That said, the A's getting cancelled is the only issue that Tony needs to resolve. Anything else is sideways energy and/or noise.

Nothing else will get resolved until the current outstanding A's are cancelled or transferred to him.

If/when the A shares are cancelled, he needs to issue himself A shares for his B shares and then dissolve the entire B series.
