I thought I might have found a little.......

gem in the filings, by way of non-disclosure.

For the first time Tony did NOT include the i/o total for the Preferred A's in the filing, and there was no explanation.

So, I called the TA, and a lady there confirmed the 3,250,000 A's are still outstanding.

Had the count been less, then my eyebrow could have been raised.
