gil, curious if etrade took any pinkies you might have had OTHER than the foreign ones? My guy at etrade said that most of the major brokers won't accept transfers of otc stocks, even from other major brokers. Just trying to determine if that is really true. (I think he said it had to do with tougher auditing and it just wasn't worth it)
