I know, I know. Just like the old arguments that Elite would go bankrupt, never launch another product after Lodrane, never be profitable, never cash flow, on and on. We've now arrived at "The company's buyout won't be big enough!" LOL. Dang, I guess I'll just have to spend all my early retirement years harping about it and dry my tears with my millions.

"He's gonna RS the stock and protect himself with his preferred shares!" Never happened, he converted to common. 

"He's gonna do a hostile takeover of Elite himself while the stock price is low!" Never happened. If he didn't do it at 2 and a half cents, he isn't doing it at .40+ cents.

"He stands to gain so much more from Mikah..." So..... the ultimate diabolical design is to connive his way into a few million in Mikah profits? That's the grand prize? You DO know how much 200-300+ million shares equates to in USD if the company is purchased for a couple billion dollars... right? Mikah money becomes a rounding error.

Sorry counselor, the arguments are still unpersuasive. I do think full Adderall rights ultimately land back at Elite and the warrants get exercised.
