veterans services NEEDS a SEVERE DOGE OVERHAUL ....

I am right now finishing dealing with the VA on Basal Cell Cancer removal
my 6th such surgery - the level of incompetence, mistakes and ignorance
is astounding - as a result of the ridiculous delays to get treatment
despite me Calling and Calling and waiting on the phone numerous times
the MOHS surgery had to be done twice - deeper & wider because of its growth

I could post the pictures but they are very graphic - I was handed over to community care
because the wait for VA treatment was over 3 months - I was treated by a
civilian doctor by VA voucher for payment .. I'm fine now stitches out but it took several MONTHS
the mistakes and errors and unnecessary delays along the way were TOTALLY unacceptable !
