Also, they issued a SHIT TON of shares....and they accounting is all jacked-up due to the split.....the shares issued 100% explain the split....ALL to funnel money....much of it to names/entities never mentioned prior WHILE they... "conduct" ...."Transact"...."do"....NO actual day to day "business" and have not for going on close to 2 damn years now !!!

Their Goodwill and Inventory and Intangibles - ALL mega lies to inflate their bullshit criminal "assets"....they STILL are playing the accounting fraud of "WE HAVE POSITIVE SHAREHOLDER EQUITY" LMAO WTF again..........they are BK BROKE...the asset line is a lesson in pure fraudulent accounting....and WHY....they never ever ever got audited....as MATTY BOY aka THE PUNK lied about for several years as being "imminent".....

The entire filing is a disgrace....just pure fraud....and that's on a 3.5 minute fast-read 1st pass....total absolute fraud and deceit ......they need to not only be civilly charged....one or more of their assess need some CLUB FED time over this shit show pump and dump family CLAN enrichment hustle....

And yes...WHERE IS TRILLIUM WTF....how..how does that get omitted....debt contracts....and a mandated split and shares out the butt by the BILLIONS will be issued......either CURRENT....or ANY ethical and accurate filing MUST MUST MUST list it in "subsequent events" as it's a massive "corporate event"...of epic proportions and implications to destroy ANY last remaining bagholder or sucker dumb enough to buy 10 cents of this crime scene ticker.....!
