$MP could be a huge winner as only US producer of the rare earth elements (REEs) China has just halted to the US. Look at the move in $UAMY. It's up like 400% in just over 4 months after first set of restrictions. MP, USAR and maybe UUUU fit under this 2nd set of restrictions.
