Hmmm. Interesting list. I am not at all sure why Trumpty's favorite William McKinley should be ranked higher than a number of others. Yes, including Nixon. Nixon was a bad man, but he did do some good things.
And I'd never have thought James Polk would rate so high. Or Wilson. The authors of the article don't mention his racism. Neither do they note that he had a disabling stroke and pretty much let his wife govern for the last couple of years of his second term.
JFK doesn't usually get such a prominent place in these lists. He had a great deal of style, and he did inspire Americans to set new goals, but he didn't really accomplish much.
