The previous Frost regime was issuing preferred and converting. Then reversing. Charlie showed up because I don't believe Phipps wanted the responsibility. IMO. Plus it looks like Charlie probably had an enticing "Plan". IMO. As for Rx well as I said there are other players that you don't see but I do. As I know their names and if you look thru the filings you will too. You just don't know them. Anyway, I don't believe Armen ever imagined this turning out this way. I'm not sure that the other parties he knew did either? But surely the ceo and his partner knew exactly what they were doing. They invested in Rx then took the company right back so they could literally cash their chips back out if they wanted too and it wouldn't cost a dime. Brilliant them and stupid of Jay and Armen. Aimo . I have no proof of anything just my personal knowledge and opinions of some of the players and extremely disappointed this happened.
