Does Charles have the audacity to force another ill-advised reverse split while the lawsuit is pending? Likely yes. He doesn't give a fuck about anything except taking this company private.

And for those of you who will defend another reverse split, DON'T.

The first reverse split on RXMD stock fucked over shareholders. Another one on NXPL will do the same
