Just read a report from Chris DeMuth, whose recommendation put me in this stock originally. He urges a "no" vote on the merger w Juniper, based on changed conditions and the huge new debt, which he believes cannot be refinanced in the current environment. He says with a "no" vote the company can survive; w a yes, it will likely go bankrupt. Based on current price, the market apparently thinks bankruptcy is a real possibility. I am going to change my vote before tonight's dedline. Ayone else have thoughts on this merger??
