on the proxy item 3, r/s authorization..

As of March 19th, they indicate the share count was still 6.3 Mil shares. So unless they have been dumping a lot of shares
in an ATM move, and with the share price at $18, not sure what they would gain by doing a r/split. I am looking at it as a
preventive measure in the event the share price as they discuss falls enough to put them in jeopardy of getting a delisting
warning somewhere down the road.

Just need to keep an eye on the share count as they meander towards Aug.

IF they are dumping enough shares to do a meaningful r/split?? The target prices
are going to get a haircut..
