Not sure how your PACER "thing" works - so I always hate to even ask IF it burns up too many accesses etc.
But see the new filings item 83 and/or 85 aka "Disclosure Statements" - it might be real interesting to see what's in um IMO. I believe this is where the SCAM CLAN has to "Lay out their plans" and/or disclose "What are we holding" in order to get this POS supposedly through the Chapter 11 vs liquidating it to Chapt 7 ?
"Disclosure statements" should give a lot of incite to the MOORE MORE CLAN "financial affairs" and them telling the creditors how they "PLAN" (SCAM) to supposedly "Work this all out" - like is TRILLIUM the dilution dumpster fire in there, is INND the penny scam ticker in there - like where the hell else is MARK LEE MOORE MORE gonna get $coin other than SELL THE HQ SCAM BUILDING or what....get a job at McDonald's and pimp out the MOORE chicks on the side and down low for cash or what ??????

ITEM 29: Not sure how long or big a file that is ? Key item - it lists a MOTION TO STAY and the dude is trying like hell to move it from NY down to south FL. Would love to see what is in that one ???
USUALLY - a MOTION TO STAY is thee #1 "tool" in a civil suit such as that - to "STAY" the civil case, because their boy just got his ass in the ringer on criminal drug trafficking charges.
Would LOVE to see if that's what that one is all about ??? Asking to STAY would be highly unusual other than a real, real compelling reason - and "Yo, my client was in lock down and now is on supervised parole w/ ankle bracelet jewelry on, so making any court appearances in a civil case...yo...kinda toughs yo honor" is my WAG "Guess" at this point.
