This isn't about tariffs on us and even if manufacturing is brought back it cost 70 per hr for labor and benefits here where it's 6 in Mexico and 10 in Vietnam. Price for American people will be 25 to 30 percent higher resulting in buying less. GOP has sold you a pack of lies. We do need drugs and steel to move back but the only way it will stay is for gov to deregulation and subsidize them, if that doesn't happen they will be bankrupt as soon as tariffs are lifted. ELTP is worth more if a drug company needs to move a drug or 2 back to the US over tariffs.
