Sadly, there are far too many listed securities skating around which used to be far more stringent standards regarding compliance to NASDAQ self imposed requirements.

I stand by my earlier statements regarding many other listed scam stocks, in this instance SMX and BURU and of course the now imploded Yryba. Scammers find each other, and concoct new fairy tales together.
