He comes across having great time playing golf... happy holding the world on a string.
He likes being unpredictable and it seems uncertainty and chaos considered as another hobby to achieve his goals.
He has been successfully turned himself becoming the center of attention to the rest of the world, beside the USA..
This is an achievement and fame that seems to make him happy and he thinks will bring financial riches for him and America. While many may think it's just an urge of his "The Art of Dealing" he is serious with his grandiose plans for Greenland, the Gulf of Mexico, the Panama Canal, etc. The Plot is thickening. Exciting times for all on our planet Earth!
Why would he settle for less? He is legally declared immune for anything he does when he is in Power, as declared by the SCOTUS.
