If both mergers have a combined revenue of 38 mil and you divide that by the issued common stock of 87 mil that would give us a share price of .43. And that's with out using any EBITA multipliers, which ALL companies do have a multiplier. A 10x multiplier would give us a share price of 4.3, which I believe is more realistic.
