No matter how you slice it, there will be a reverse split, definitely not like what XL was indicating. Ratio of 10 to 1 is best case scenario, worse case scenario is 20 to 1. Share structure is almost maxed out and I am willing to bet you 1000 shares there will be a reverse split, there is also one filing that is needed before the merger 8K filings, once that form is in, then we can all assume the merger is very near from that point on. Gauge your share count for those ratios, then you need to ask yourself do I have enough shares, I don't know like, a million shares, then you would have 100,000 shares or a million shares, then you would have 50,000 shares. Market valuation doesn't change, just your share count psychologically hurts your feelings (Not mine, maybe yours) cause I know market valuation doesn't change. In-fact, Delfin will do it to list on the higher exchange at higher prices for the secondary or private placement at higher prices. Delfin is not OTC caliber where OTC traders run to the exits once they read about reverse split. In-fact I want to see the reverse split before even the merger, just to make sure all the OTC flippers are out for good, that way I know for sure merger is happening and I can buy on that huge dip day.
