Next - nothing. It appears to me that Baez did not follow through with anything for JP3E. I am assuming that caused a fallout between Park and Baez.

Park has repeatedly claimed he/JP3E has all the contacts, executes all contracts and is the buyer and seller of commodities. Baez is neither. He merely facilitates the transfer of money. On 11/18/2024 Park still maintained Baez was CEO of JP3E.

On 1/22/25 Park announced

Note: "USDT (Tether) is not the same as USD (United States Dollar). USDT is a cryptocurrency stablecoin pegged to the value of the US dollar, while USD is the fiat currency issued by the US government." In other words, the only transactions Bloxcross handles is CRYPTO which means all participants must use and trust that form of payment!

Regardless, apparently Bloxcross transacted nothing since Q3 according to the amended report on 3/31/25. ALL $100 million+ in transactions were scrubbed off the books as was Baez's signature as CEO.

Then, we hear that Park is CEO again and Baez is out. (Note that a filing is required by the SEC when directors or above are hired or fired.)

SPZI is not an SEC filer. News of Baez's resignation appeared here on 1/16/24 after people noticed he had been quietly removed from the OTC Company Profile. Park should have disclosed it on OTC but knew it wouldn't go over well (see the comments on X).

Then, we learn that JP3E has a whole new financial backer.

yeah well...IMO Park is bullshitting them as well with his "$5 million Golden Visa/ Green Card" scam if/when it becomes a reality. As I posted yesterday, unlike the EB-5 program all that money goes straight to the US Government.

Baez is now completely out of the picture.

in any managerial capacity yes. If Park ever manages to find anyone willing to trade USDT crypto I'm sure he would happily trade it and take his small cut.
