Neither Trump nor anyone in his administration has a clue what they're doing, how to do it or why they're doing it. Nothing like shooting from the hip when you're messing around with not just your own economy but the world's as well.

One Republican has at least an ounce of common sense.

Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE) said, “In Article 1 in the Constitution, really, tariffs should be a Congressional-initiated action. So this should come from Congress." Bacon added, "However, I think we made a mistake. In the past, we passed legislation that gave the president some temporary tariff authorities. And I think that we should look back and maybe restore the power back to Congress."
