Wasn't watching the annoucement, but based on who our larger trading partners are it looks like the aggregate here is north of 20%
34% china24% japan25% south korea
The EU is 20% so this looks worse than feared when the market was moving like it was going to be better. Probably explains that 2% haircut AH.
