what is the dollar amount of Capital Required for Fannie to exit conservatorship broken down in each percentage requirement? (4 categories 2.5%, 4.5%, 6.0%, and 8.0%,)



The 2.5% is of adjusted total assets, the 4.5%/6.0%/8.0% are of risk-weighted assets.

We don't know exactly what the exit point is, but the lowest possible one is the 2.5% one (core capital of $111B for Fannie) because being below that would force Pulte to classify FnF as "significantly undercapitalized" by 12 USC 4614(a)(3)(A)(ii).

Kt... I checked did not see $1.364T. Same with Freddie, did not see $1.118T. Of risk-weighted assets, not sure where you derive the numbers from.
