No order from the Judge filed yet.

Yeah - I've been checking the docket and really nothing yet and no "order" as the judge indicated he'd be writing ? I gave the audio clip a complete listen - I sort of "think" it was Mark Lee Moore the judge referred to in the end. Pretty certain. I might have to send someone to Roseville and park um outside the court at the next hearing to see THE DON strolling into court and same for MATTY BOY LOL !!!

These MOORE CLAN cons missed their 10K filing of course, as usual. Cut-n-Paste for all of 15 minutes was just too much for Easy Bake as usual LOL ??? What the hell kind of scofflaws who CONDUCT NO ACTUAL BUSINESS can't even crank out a stupid MS WORD doc with 3+ months notice, and when everything in it is fraud and lies anyways ????

They served him in that suit and it's recent - any chance to take a peek and see if it was a residence or was he using his corp bullshit mail drop or "Service of Process Corp Scams R Us" ? They list "summons" being issued to both him personally and his "business" - so wonder if they got his current residence on that document ?

I'm trying to tie a few loose ends together and am waiting to hear back from some folks spread all over various geo regions - but it's 100% THEE GUY...that is for certain. DOB perfect match and his address (prior or current) was on previous legal filings and it all goes together like a bow tied around it and wrapping paper.

Gutter lender goes down - and via FL hard hard drug running. PERFECT way to launder cash n coin from OTC trash-n-scam gutter "loans" and "preferred share" mass dumps IMO. Yep - this is going to get smoking gun hot !!!
