And compare it with the jail bird you can see nose, mouth, ears and just simple facial features don't match. Can agree drugs can make a person look different but it doesn't shrink noses, ears and lips. So I am going to say it's not the same Jacob. Was trying to find Pacific Lion Jacob birthday and compare to the one that was arrested but can't find it at the moment. Either way looks like a different Jacob Fernane. Could be wrong but certainly looks different
