#controlledby those 88 wells in the Permian Basin and simple math. 300 barrels a day of Oil x $69 a barrel less $7 a barrel for gathering and marketing x 365 days a year = $6.8 Million in revenue. Subtract 20% right off the top because we’ve gotta pay royalties to land owners and assume another 20% for Lease Operating Expenses = $4.1 Million in EBITDA.

Total CAPEX of $1.5 Million.

That’s the opportunity when you invest directly into American Oil and rehab / reengineer old wells. Oh yeah, and 80% of the total CAPEX qualifies as an IDC (Intangible Drilling Cost).
