JACK

I initiated a position in JACK this morning at $26.43 here is what I like.

1) JACK is trading at slightly less than 5x this years estimates which in my opinion is simply too low. And I was literally getting at 52 week lows in fact multi year lows.

2) JACK pays a nice healthy dividend yield of a little under 6.7% where I brought so you get paid nicely while you wait.

Conclusion: The restaurant sector has been beat up, and I was looking for a player that offer a good payable dividend that I feel, they can grow the company earnings in the long run, trading at a very low valuation, and feel a huge discount to what I think FV is which I think is easily in the mid 40's. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
