You guys infatuation with Hamilton is laughable. JP has been out of the country for 6 months, building a business. None of us have the slightest clue about the hamilton business. In due time, we will learn the details. Just because you can't find documentation does not mean there is none, or possibly the information is not where we can find it. Businessmen make deals. They are not always public until they are. You will look foolish when the real facts come out. Well, some of you already do look foolish.
Suggestion: Wait and see what happens.
I believe there are things happening in the background and JP is as busy as a one-legged man in an ass kicking contest. At least they got the annual report out on time. There is the name change, the ticker change, the reverse split, running the business, and uplisting to deal with.
And you focus on some trivial thing that none of us has a clue about.
