Where's the PROOF 510 Hamilton is an ''asset'' of SPZI? Where's the official change of ownership? I'll bet my MAGA Speedo Park still personally owns/controls it...make that the bank and other creditors.

IMO he pulled that and the Bloxcross whopper purely to dupe OTC into removing their ''shell risk'' warning by fraudulently padding Q3 with millions in assets.

My Scam-O-Meter tells me he promised Baez the moon (i.e. billions in transactions, control of the ticker, etc). My guess is it didn't take Baez long to figure out Park was FOS. Why else would he and Gallegos form Flow-Trust --a direct competitor?

The balance sheet shows 510 Hamilton as an asset (at around $ 18 million) but there is no liability for the delinquent property taxes which are approaching $ 500k.
