Q4 was $299,284 in revenue which is by far the worst quarter of 2024.
This company has been in business for decades and has what would seem to be desirable products, yet they can't even manage $1.5 million in revenue? I think micromanagement is a problem for this organization. They need to let their salespeople, partners, and distributors loose. If the company is not constraining them, then there is obviously a problem somewhere else.
If they were to lose their biggest customer, that's ~60% of their revenue. Dangerous position to be in, especially when your margins are 50+%. You lose bargaining power there. Maybe they should just sell the company to this large customer. Their management is incapable of growth and that's the name of the game.
