Wait until more people get sick. Way back when, people of all political stripes were posting on the Yahoo ImClone board because cancer is an equal opportunity destroyer.

I hope the pendulum swings back, and people realize again that the next pandemic is just a plane ride away, and they try to restore USAID to minimize the risk in the USA.

It’s much easier to nip something in the bud than contain it once it’s spread.
