Yes, and in addition $2 dividend for each COOP share, only if you don't sell before the deal closes of course...
Since the ratio of 11 is fixed (11 rocket shares for 1 COOP share) COOP's PPS should be tightly coupled to RKT's PPS (factor 11) IMO...
Maybe, just maybe, they improve the premium again...
But IMO that's a great deal, imagine RKT rises to $20 or $25 until Q4, or $30? I don't see any downside here, the new company will save a lot of taxes and the deal will be accretive, also for us shareholders...
Of course if not the whole mortgage market collapses completely or WW3 begins, but then also COOP without the deal would go down...
So what you think? I am getting 11 shares for every COOP share. In Rocket. Business model changes. Heck Rocket bought Redfin last month.
