Nah -- accounting 101 -- fixed costs -- variable costs -- almost everything connected to Trump activities would be fixed costs -- they exist no matter what he does or doesn't do -- hey, I bet they forgot to put in the cost of the WH chef -- he had to be paid, even while trump was off playing golf
