I thought he wouldn't have the votes to be confirmed, but I was not unduly confident is this assessment (#msg-175387700). I later acknowledged I was wrong (#msg-175803855).

Does my bad prediction on the Senate vote imply that what I am saying now about the FDA is misguided?
