Details?...I am the only one looking at said "details"...what few their actually are. LMAO! But isn't that what a stinkie pinkie scam is all about? Give out just enough information to obscure the bad (aka reality) and feed the fertile imaginations of the "loyal shareholder base" to whip up all kinds of nonsense?...to "connect the dots", "read the tea leaves"...etc. Heck, NoMoDo had the fertilizer bought, paid for and sold to the tune of $32 million by Dec 31, 2024. And the guy confesses to having a law degree!!!!... SMH.

That that is what makes this so interesting. There is enough smoke on some issues to make informed judgements and dig a little deeper. I don't ignore the details like some of the head-in-sand believers. I will say this again...that Settlement Agreement between Humbl and Sharp reeks to absolute high heaven...and I think both Foote and Sharp knew they were walking a fine line. The only other alternative was that Foote was so gullible and naive.... he was COMPLETELY rolled by Sharp in that transaction.

Anyways, the final nail for the legacy holders will be the reverse split...assuming FINRA will process it but there is some basis to believe they won't since HMBL tried once already. If they don't...this is toast. They won't even get Lucas to play. If they do get it done...with a new name and ticker it will wipe out all the legacy shareholders to a great degree. Only question is whether they can spin up the hype machine again and attract a new crew of "believers".

Not sure Thiago has the same talent or propensity to use bullshit jargon to enthrall the gullible masses as Foote likes to do.
