The channel clear? How does that practically matter? They will file or they won't. Doling out hopium changes nothing. Their "soon," quite frankly, is worth little to nothing.
You sound like you're hanging on by your fingernails, man ... no offense. Their tweets - after all the "soons" we've gone through - can't meen that much to you, can they?
Just to be clear, I am eager for this to get current. Exceptionally eager. But I'll be damned if I'm kicking CNNA's "soon" football yet again. I have some pride left. F**k their communication. Filings are all that matter at this point. It makes no difference to me if they say "soon" or "April 10th" or "tomorrow." I honestly don't care if they say their new big brand ambassador is f*king Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Its next to worthless if it's not in an 8-k. It's just words, at this point. I have no trust in their words, for what I think are rather obvious reasons.
And why, exactly, fear channels will become unclear? They might not tell us "soon" again if we display frustration? They might not tell us things they plan to do? Things we cannot act on at the moment anyway, regardlessof its truth or falsity? Or is it they might not bring this current if we display frustration? They may never communicate with shareholders on Twitter ever again? They may react in a way that is detrimental to their company or share value ... if that matters again anytime soon?
I've already told them months ago what I think of their use of "soon," in no uncertain terms. Doesn't seen to make a difference, does it? They are gonna do whatever they do, regardless. They are gonna communicate or not whatever any handful of us have to say. Christ, man. I really don't believe I'm using this term, but it fits: man up. Don't treat these guys like they are Oz The Great & Terrible. Barring something I'm completely unaware of, it is very likely we could have been PC long ago. But yet here we still sit, listening to "soon" and nerviously awaiting pronouncements from Oz.
That's my two cents on the matter.
Save the date ... "The March 28th "'soon.'" Let's see what it means.
